The Royal Water decaf from the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Pangoa – a green coffee importing cooperative. This cooperative outside of Lima, Peru has 600 Members – based in San Martin de Pangoa, with 220 certified organic and another 105 currently in transition to organic. Coffee plots are high elevation, between 4000 and 6000 feet above sea level. The coffee has sweet undertones, hints of spice and medium body make this a wonderful ‘comfort coffee’ for any guest.
