This very exciting 100% Bourbon coffee comes from Adelaida, high in the mountains of Western El Salvador. The coffee is shade grown and Rainforest Alliance certified. Grown at above 4000′, this coffee is wet milled and sun/machine dried. A pleasant cup with smooth mouthfeel and sweetness, great aroma, medium acidity and great body.  You may find subtle nuanced flavors of cocoa, tobacco, with floral and lemony hints on the pleasant, light and lingering finish.

Similar to our Organic Papua New Guinea, this is a fantastic Indonesian organic coffee – a perfect breakfast cup, with chocolate notes. Full body and earthy.

This is a very clean smooth textured coffee, with medium bodied, a complex sweetness and very nice fruit & berry notes. Much cleaner than this year’s crop of Kenyans, and very similar to a typical Kenyan profile.

A Certified Fair Trade and Organic Maubesse. Full bodied, fine acidity, typical of Indonesian coffees. Very flavorful, chocolatey and rich! This is a wet processed coffee with less earthiness than a Sumatra or Celebes, and tends to be a cleaner cup.
