Certified Organic and Shade Grown. La Amistad. This certified organic coffee is grown on a large family farm in the extreme south of Costa Rica, near Golfito. This farm is situated on a mountainside at over 4000 ft in the Cordillera Central, surrounded by the largest biological reserve in Central America. This coffee is lively, sweet and aromatic. It is an excellent, slightly acidic, medium to full body cup.
An excellent Indonesian coffee with characteristic full body and bitter sweet chocolate notes. One of our favorite brews here at the Roastery. A medium roast that behaves more like a dark due to the body. Reminiscent of our Organic Papua New Guinea.
A Certified Fair Trade and Organic Maubesse. Full bodied, fine acidity, typical of Indonesian coffees. Very flavorful, chocolatey and rich! This is a wet processed coffee with less earthiness than a Sumatra or Celebes, and tends to be a cleaner cup.
